Registrations and sponsorships
A registration or sponsorship is confirmed once payment is completed or, for checks and cash, once we receive and record your payment. Spots are limited and are filled in the order they're paid. We may adjust team assignments, starting holes, and hospitality seating to make the day run smoothly.
Tickets and check-in
Each golfer, hospitality guest, and sponsor receives a ticket with a QR code. Bring it on your phone or printed. Tickets are personal to the named guest, and a code that has already been checked in cannot be reused.
Payments, refunds, and cancellations
Registrations, sponsorships, and donations support a charitable cause and are generally non-refundable. If you need to cancel, contact us as early as you can — before the registration deadline we'll usually transfer your spot to another guest or apply it to next year's outing.
If the outing is cancelled or shortened for weather or circumstances outside our control, we'll communicate options; play may be shortened without a refund.
Portions of your payment that cover golf, food, and beverage are not tax deductible. Consult your tax advisor about the deductible portion of any contribution.
Conduct and play
Golfers follow the host course's rules, pace-of-play guidance, and dress code, and follow all instructions from course staff and event volunteers. We may remove anyone whose conduct is unsafe or disruptive, without a refund.
Photography
The outing is photographed and filmed. By attending you allow The Ted Gunther Memorial Fund to use your likeness in event recaps, news posts, and promotional material. Tell a volunteer at check-in if you'd prefer not to be photographed.
Assumption of risk and liability
Golf and event attendance carry inherent risks, including being struck by a ball or club. You participate voluntarily and at your own risk. To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Ted Gunther Memorial Fund, its volunteers, and the host course are not liable for injury, illness, or loss of or damage to property arising from attendance or play.
